Once we've identified and uploaded contract data, we track renewal dates and engage with the contract owner, typically 180 days prior to the renewal. This provides sufficient time to review the market, audit the contract, and ensures the supplier is delivering on every aspect of contract deliverables.

Depending on the sourcing strategy, we will renegotiate with the supplier using analytics and benchmark data to ensure both commercial and contractual terms are achieved for every renewal. The supplier data is then updated and the renewed contract is tracked until the next renewal.
